1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

2.Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear or camisoles

Sale or discounted products

Customized or personalized orders

3.How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at myfeathers.store@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Our support team will review your request and provide the return address.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

4.Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).
If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product images.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs during returns unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your safety.
